By accessing or using terminalskills.io (the "Site") or the associated open-source skills library (together with the Site, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by AIEmployees ("we", "us", "our"). Terminal Skills is an unregistered trademark of AIEmployees. AIEmployees is not, by reference here, claiming any registered trademark or formal corporate registration for the "Terminal Skills" mark.
The Service provides a catalog and distribution mechanism for AI agent skills — structured Markdown files that extend the behavior of AI coding assistants. Use of the Service is currently free of charge and does not require an account.
Skills published in the public skills repository are released under the Apache License, Version 2.0, unless an individual skill specifies otherwise. The contents of the Site itself (design, copy, and non-skill code) are the property of AIEmployees and may not be reproduced without permission, except where used under a documented open-source license.
When you contribute a skill, fix, or other content via pull request or other means, you represent that:
We may, at our discretion, accept, modify, decline, or remove contributions to maintain quality and safety.
You agree not to:
Skills frequently invoke third-party services (cloud platforms, APIs, etc.). You are responsible for your own use of those services and for complying with their respective terms. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party platform referenced from a skill.
The Service and all skills are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI agent behavior is inherently probabilistic; you are responsible for reviewing any code, command, or instruction produced by an AI agent before executing it in a production environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIEmployees and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service or any skill obtained through it.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or whose activity creates risk for the Service or its users. The open-source skills library remains available under its license regardless of any individual user's access.
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page, or to AIEmployees at aiemployees.us.
